While the braiding techniques and skillsets are superior. There is a real lack of customer engagement. And the interpersonal vibe just feels off. I've seen some of the braiders give patrons attitude that can only be described as "keeping the Americans in line". I've seen that before in salons that are predominantly staffed with non-American stylists. They only play religious music in the salon. Not everyone is religious, so it feels like more of a personal preference of the owner being projected onto the patrons.

Fantastic place. My daughter doesn't want to go do her hair anywhere besides Vivi Braiding. Vivi does her job with passion and always listen to the customer need. We highly recommend that place. Thank you Vivi
