Brown girls beware! I booked an appointment for laser hair removal on my lower legs and drove half hour in a snowstorm to make my appointment. Upon arrival Vivian looked at me like I had 2 heads and asked who I was and if I've ever had laser before. I am brown skinned but not super dark and have had laser done many times before on various parts of my body. She told me that she's not sure her laser will work on me. I unfortunately had my first degree burns on my face after an appointment here. Additional training for different skin types would be helpful for staff

Worst experience ever. Person doing the ‘facial’ did not speak English, was breathing cigarette smoke breath on me, was freezing cold with a tiny blanket that didn’t cover me, bright overhead pot lights shining in the eyes, zero explanation of anything going on and the person obviously did not know how to do a facial, barely touched my face with her hands, spent more time on her cell phone. This is a dive!
