I have been living here for about 3 months and it has been nothing less than perfect. The staff is super friendly and takes residents concerns seriously. If you stop in just to say hello, you can find yourself having nice conversations with them and build a friendship. There are so many amenities and extras included that you’ll never be bored, not to mention the little events that are scheduled throughout each month such as a mini donut truck. I recently moved out of Vivere after 2 years, and I have nothing to say but great things for the unit, complex and staff. Raegan and Jacey at the leasing office are fantastic and the maintenance team gets on top of things quickly after a request. Highly recommend this place.
lived here for about 7 months, the soundproofing is terrible, you will constantly hear your neighbors, also the girls from the leasing office will smile at you, but when it comes to eviction - your security deposit will simply be stolen and they will not answer your calls (as they did to me). Think 10 times before moving in here
Raegan is the best to work with! She made the apartment choice easy! Best service in town.
