I'm tired of hearing about all the issues they have and a lot of it has to do with management. So with that being said- Poor management, either condescending or just don't listen/ take people seriously. I know maintenence was always kind and quick. That's the only reason this is a 3 star review and not 2 or 1. I live in a complex where one lady runs the whole show on her own with 1 maintenence guy and they rock. Idk how you can have multiple leasing people or managers here and still suck so bad at taking your renters serious... read more
I house-sat for my friend here for a week while he was on vacation. While I was there, I accidentally clogged the bathtub. The maintenance team responded quicker than any apartment I have lived at. I was impressed. The maintenance guy who responded, Zach, was extremely friendly and professional. He got the tub fixed in less than 5 minutes. If I ever move back to Omaha, I am definitely going to get an apartment here.
I want to give a "shout out" to Zack from Maintenance. He responded to my recent maintenance request promptly, and was able to resolve the issue immediately ! Zack is always friend and glad to help...he is the best!
I’m new to Omaha and I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment experience! This place has absolutely everything a first-time renter could need — from modern appliances to thoughtful amenities that make settling in super easy. And the staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need, which really takes the stress out of renting. Living here while our house is being built. Staff are excellent and very welcoming. Beautiful apt, feel safe & enjoying our time here.
