The Apartment was great, and the excellent maintenance work by Zach and Ray was always incredibly quick. I really appreciate their professional and swift work.
I have recently become a resident at Vivere and the experience to this point has been awesome. Located in a new and exciting area with plenty of entertainment options Vivere is a Grade A complex with every amenity a person could ask for. I lived in this apartment for four years, and my experience was excellent. The unit was comfortable, well-maintained, and felt like home. Most importantly, I always felt safe here. The building and community were secure, the common areas were kept clean, and the neighbors were respectful and friendly. Management was always responsive and professional, quickly taking care of any issues that came up. I'm tired of hearing about all the issues they have and a lot of it has to do with management. So with that being said- Poor management, either condescending or just don't listen/ take people seriously. I know maintenence was always kind and quick. That's the only reason this is a 3 star review and not 2 or 1. I live in a complex where one lady runs the whole show on her own with 1 maintenence guy and they rock. Idk how you can have multiple leasing people or managers here and still suck so bad at taking your renters serious... read more
I house-sat for my friend here for a week while he was on vacation. While I was there, I accidentally clogged the bathtub. The maintenance team responded quicker than any apartment I have lived at. I was impressed. The maintenance guy who responded, Zach, was extremely friendly and professional. He got the tub fixed in less than 5 minutes. If I ever move back to Omaha, I am definitely going to get an apartment here.
