We have lived here for several years and have been patient and reasonable tenants, which is why this situation has been especially disappointing. Our central AC has been out for nearly 4 weeks during the summer, and we still do not have a confirmed repair date. While management did provide a portable AC unit, it only cools one room if the door is kept shut, meaning the rest of the apartment remains extremely hot. Honestly Vivere Apartments has been a perfect place to live. The apartments are super modern and clean, and the pool and gym are the perfect amount of fun and convenient. The staff is nice and maintenance usually gets things done pretty fast. The location is also really convenient because there’s a bunch of places nearby. Overall vivere is a perfect long term place with great amenities.
I have lived at many different properties over the years, and I can confidently say that having a property manager who genuinely cares makes all the difference. From day one, Gina has gone above and beyond in ways that most people probably never even notice.
