Lovely apartment, but recieving packages here is a nightmare. Missing. Returned to sender. Dropped off in the wrong locations.
My wife was nearly kidnapped after i applied to live here. After moving in i was threatened and blackmailed by gina. The unit was not in good condition. They would add fees after I've submitted payment due the same day without notice, and enrolled me into a rent reporting subscription i opted out of, when i was refunded for it they took the refund themselves instead me getting it. Sam is an exceptional asset to Vivere. With resent employee changes/losses, Sam is the only dependable office employee. I would love to see her promoted to a higher position. Additionally, the maintenence and cleaning staff do an awesome job.
Ever since moving in, the management of this complex has gone completely downhill, and the facilities are a total joke. The hallways constantly reek of a repulsive mix of dog urine and harsh chemicals trying to mask it. It's incredibly disappointing because the location is ideal and right across from my job, but the living conditions are completely unacceptable. We have lived here for several years and have been patient and reasonable tenants, which is why this situation has been especially disappointing. Our central AC has been out for nearly 4 weeks during the summer, and we still do not have a confirmed repair date. While management did provide a portable AC unit, it only cools one room if the door is kept shut, meaning the rest of the apartment remains extremely hot.
