I’ve worked with Lance Leo for over a year. An amazing personal trainer and performance coach who is focused on helping me reach my best performance. He was flexible with my schedule as my husband I️ wintered out of state, scheduling remote sessions. He is instrumental in helping me reach my goals!! I’m in better shape nd health than I’ve ever been.
Emily (Woodbury/Lake Elmo location) is an amazing PT. She is incredibly smart, patient and kind. I’m so thankful for the thought and knowledge she puts into every session to ensure we’re making the right steps in the recovery journey. I would highly recommend Emily and the Viverant team to anyone needing PT support.
