I've been working with Katrina for a couple of months. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She gently pushes me to complete my "homework" but never makes me feel bad or shameful when it doesn't happen. Katrina has a wide variety of experience in the PT world and with complementary modalities like Pilates, which makes her SO knowledgeable and well-rounded when treating her patients. I had my second round of pelvic floor PT with Katrina Kneeskern and it was nothing short of life changing. I had had hip/abductor pain for almost two years postpartum and an initial round of pelvic floor PT at a different clinic did not fix it. I think Katrina's strength is that she's not solely focused on typical pelvic floor issues (which I didn't have) and instead incorporates pelvic floor health into a more traditional PT program (with strength exercises, massage, etc.).
