I went to the Plymouth location and will never return. The therapist I had traumatized me to the point of NEVER doing PT again. She was extremely unprofessional and absolutely condescending. My 3rd session she asked me a question about what she explained to me at the previous session and when i couldnt remember SHE scolded me like i was in 2nd grade and forgot the answer to a math question!! I adore my care here! I’ve seen a few different people here over the last few years for different things. Dr Kera is truly gifted! She has made my headaches go from bad every day to rarely a headache. After having my children she has taken such great care of me and my body getting it to a place of wellness. Watch your bill! I was very mislead with what services to ask my insurance about by the time I received my first bill Had already Completed two sessions in my bill was well over $500 and that is after insurance! Significantly higher than I was led to believe.
The front desk at Viverant Physical Therapy in Minnetonka is always so welcoming and friendly when you arrive, have a smile for you, and let you know that they will contact your therapist to let her/him know you have arrived. They also schedule your appointments with ease and flexibility. This is a large facility with private rooms for the therapists working with you and a very large open space that has all the equipment and machines.
