While the renovated appartments are beautiful the rest of the Viventi existence is poor. From the administration avoiding you and not answering your repeated phone calls for existing issues, to them refusing to cash in 2 months of rent cheques. When rented our appartment in May 2023 we were told different things by the rental agent and because we didn't think of getting it in writting we now have to pay additional monies. If you do decide to rent, GET EVERY LITTLE THING IN WRITTING no matter now "nice and friendly" they are.... read more
