This place is not at the address they have listed, and don't answer the phone during their listed business hours. Guess its like Diagon Alley; it only serves a select portion of the populace, and requires secret magical knowledge to enter. True servants of the downtrodden.
They need to update their hours of operation because some people come from far away all to find out that they are closed
