I met doc. Tor Kumar in the emergency Room 2 years ago at Lakewood ranch. I saw him one time in his office and from that day forward. It's been the Doctor of the day Doctor Kumar. Also seems to be a nice guy. His office staff is lacking and professionalism and structure. They seem to have no disregard for multiple rescheduling. It’s well known going to see Dr. Kumar your apt will actually be at least an hour after your scheduled time. After 40 min I asked when I’d be seen and the receptionist said “oh you’re seeing Dr. Kumar, your appointment will be late because he likes to take time with patients.” The patient before me had an appointment 20 minutes prior to mine and was still waiting. Taking time with patients is great but then don’t schedule so many in a day. Having no respect for patient time is unacceptable. By time I went in with my father i... read more
