My Dr. Vinita Jain is very kind. She takes the time to listen and offers advice. The staff is friendly and the doctors/staff seem to know their patients really well. I have been with another doctor/hospital my whole life so I’m excited for this change. Lastly, Dr. Vinita Jain took the time to listen whereas my doctors in the past are always in a rush to get you in and out.
I found Dr. Vinita Jain over 5 years ago when I lived in Contra Costa County (bay area). I was always very satisfied with the care she provided for me. Dr. Jain always listened to any and all of my concerns and treated me with respect and kindness. She always went the extra mile for me. The absolute worst doctors ever. You make an appointment and they will keep you waiting for 40+ minutes. They do not know any information about the patient and every visit will proceed to ask you the same questions about 100 times despite you seeing them regularly. They don’t check patient files or update them in your medical system; there are several tests and records I have had to get from somewhere else because their clinic could not provide it.
