Dr. Bansal was excellent, he showed great competence and concern with a patient focus. The Nurse Practitioner at Edison office was also very friendly patient, answering questions with much detail and knowledge.

Asking for Improper Charges Upfront : They are requesting payment for charges upfront instead of allowing the insurance company to determine the remaining balance. It feels as though the intention is to maximize what they collect from the deductible, which seems unfair.
