I was in an accident and the scheduling company BHMG scheduled this doctor for me. I took off work early, arrived and the staff said the office doesn't see new patients. As I sit down from pain to call the scheduling facility to find out the error the woman on the phone said they see the appointment but no one from their office made it. Between the scheduling facility and the doctor's office I left work early, was in pain and needed to be seen. They told me to drive somewhere else to be seen.
