Viveiros and Sons recently replaced our rotted porch. It is beautiful and almost looks like a new house. Steven and his crew were dependable, honest and very knowledgeable about his craft. They cleaned up the site everyday and finished the project in a timely manner. I highly recommend Viveiros & Sons for any building project you have. I would have them back anytime.
Steve and Austin recently removed our brick and concrete entry steps in order to build a composite and PVC replacement. I was impressed throughout the project with the quality of the work. He is careful to meet all building codes and in most cases exceeds them. I got the impression that he holds himself to a pretty high standard. I would recommend using his services.
Will hire again. Contracted these builders to put an addition onto my home for my mom. Bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet/wash room. They worked through the winter. Respectful, dog friendly.and flexible. Space is beautiful.
Steven recently replaced our old deck with a new, expanded composite deck and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us updated at every step of the process. He also obviously cares about what he does and did the job right rather than simply rush to just get it done. Excellent work! I highly recommend him!
These guys were the hardest workers we had on our job site. Steve and his guys worked well with and around the other trades on site and always cleaned up after themselves.
