Viveca is such a wonderful personal trainer. I wish I lived in town so I could work with her more often. If you get the opportunity you should check out her studio in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

I’ve been training with Viveca for about two months and not only do I feel a lot better, I’ve actually firmed up and lost some inches. I’ve already recommended Viveca to two friends and after just one session each, they both decided to continue with her. As one who always had a hard time getting motivated to excercise, I actually look forward to it now!
