Bunch of townhomes with no basements struggling to get rid of their cancelled contracts! I have a friend who signed a contract with them for June 2022 delivery but no luck yet. He is struggling to get his deposit back. We just walked-in to checkout their finished/available units as per Zillow. I asked them about their listing on Zillow, he said “we aren’t Zillow” and the prices he mentioned doesn’t match with what they show on Zillow.
