The receptionist is the rudest person you are ever going to meet . She will hang up on you when she feels like it and will speak to you however she pleases. Terrible treatment for their patients, if you really are so miserable and hate your job so much then just quit. She will make sure they make an already stressful and scary process x10 more stressful. Dr. Nayan is a pretty pleasant doctor to work with and it’s truly sad to see how much her reputation is damaged by a crappy receptionist
