Courtney was extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable! I just switched injectors due to wanting a more local location and I really lucked out with Vive!
The clinic is modern, clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I deducted a star because I came in for a consultation, and it wasn't what I expected. I expected someone would examine my skin and provide suggestions, but felt like it was instead a sales pitch for extremely pricey skin care and treatments that would only be applicable if I do indeed have rosacea. I had such a great experience with Charlene. I was a bit hesitant for EM Face after a previous experience where I didn’t feel very confident in the practitioner at another clinic, but Charlene completely put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire appointment feel very comfortable and professional.
