Love this gym! I’m coming here from GoodLife because I was tired of how overstimulating and busy it was. Love the layout and the studio downstairs is the best.

I recently had a very positive experience at Vive Fitness 24/7 Truscott Mississauga that highlighted not only their excellent facilities, but also their outstanding customer service. My son accidentally left his backpack—with a laptop inside—at the gym on a Sunday night, and we didn’t realize it was missing until the next day. When we contacted the gym, the manager, Al, was exceptionally helpful and professional. He immediately took action by checking all the rooms and speaking with the staff. Vive Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms around! It has everything you could ask for—tons of free weights, top-notch machines, and beautiful studio spaces for classes and stretching. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and motivating. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, this gym has what you need. Highly recommend!
