This gym is a great option if you’re looking for something affordable and convenient. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and never feels uncomfortable to work out in. The equipment is in good condition and there’s enough space to train without feeling crowded. Staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere is chill and welcoming. For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat.

Excellent and affordable gym in Mississauga's Clarkson area. Great gym etiquette from other gym-goers. The staff on site are always friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. The spray bottles and wipes are never empty. Lots of space upstairs and downstairs no matter the type of workout you're doing. Incredible that there are classes included in the monthly gym membership price. Not to mention the membership has zero contract and freezing available should you be out of town.
