Very unique. A 20 min session here is worth much more than others. Would recommend trying an EMS session for the experience alone.

Love the place , vibe and expert advice. EMS is a great part of my weekly routine and they do it great ! Never the less Reformer Pilates and the great Assisted stretch sessions! Perfect to sort out your posture and build your strength .. you’ll notice it once you it back the gym . Special appreciation to Ingrid ( always a great caring and knowledgeable trainer) but you’ll find loads of fantastic other trainers .. just choose your vibe! Utterly brilliant
