Vive handled all the details of my collision repair smoothly and the repair was finished before the scheduled date. They interfaced with my insurance co. and the rental agency. I didn’t need to do a thing! The car looks like new and, when a small detail was overlooked, they immediately addressed the problem. I can’t recommend them more highly.
Absolutely horrible experience! Lied about everything and pulled every scam possible once they gained control of our vehicle. Extorted my wife when she went to pick up the vehicle for an extra $2000 after our insurance had paid them for all repairs. They actually did very good work so there would be no need for the lieing and cheating, just can't help themselves I guess. Will be reporting Vive Albany to the insurance company who they are on a list of certified shops with, and to the NYS Attorney General.
After having a rear end to rear end collision in a parking lot with my Tesla Model Y, I took my car to Vive Collision for repair. They worked with my insurance company and did a beautiful job on replacing the lift back and some other minor repairs. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair on a daily basis. My car was washed and charged when I picked it up. They were great to work with!
Delivered the repaired car in like new condition. Also, unlike my insurance company, they showed exemplary customer care, ownership & accountability, and integrity. Highly recommended.
