At first it was great but now I need my sales taxes payed so I can get my plates and to say I got my car in 9/5 and they closed down 2 r 3 week after I got my car and now they do not want to pay the sales tax on my car and I live 8n wv so if they have any other shop do not go to them at all
I was told that they will send me the papers first class to sign. So I can help my nephew get a car. I sent everything I needed they had him test drive only for them to tell him I have to be there now to sign. They went against our agreement. Now my nephew is out of a car and have to continue walking to work and walking his girls to school who is five and two. A struggling dad.
ONE WEEK LATER AND MY ENGINE BLEW ON THE HIGHWAY AND I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE AND NO REFUND,NO REMORSE THESE PEOPLE JUST HAVE NO SOUL TO DO WHAT THEY JUST DID TO ME AND I WILL BE SUEING VIVE THIS CAN NOT BE OHKAY TO DO TO PEOPLE
Sam helped me out so and my girls out so much got us in a nice suv everyone at vive was so nice and respectful definitely recommend especially if your a first time buyer
Sold us a car that is deemed to be not safe to drive, because air bags had been deployed but was tucked away and hidden the passengerside seat belt is blown but was hidden as well. , . They claim they guarantee safety inspection ( obviously not) . Needless to say they had told me they would make it right, had me take it to Mears nissan( amazing nissan dealership by the way).
