Submitted a same-day delivery order before noon for a succulent and did not get any updates on it until I called the shop two days later well into the morning around 11am (after also not getting a reply to an email inquiry about my order) to see what was going on. Only then did they say into order was about to be put out for delivery, with no offered explanation for the delay.

The valentines bouquet that was sent for me to my job wasn’t delivered there on the specific timeframe, I had to call the store multiple times and give a different address because they had “many many orders to deliver” which I understand, but spending $125 I personally would’ve expected it to be delivered in the correct time frame and to the correct location without having to change. The picture my partner gave as inspiration also doesn’t look like the bouquet I received so they were upset about that as well.
