Oh my the office staff is very rude I missed 3 appointments and had to wait a month each time to get results I actually got my results from my primary. I have 2 valid excuses my daughter was ill . And I was sick the other time . I understand if I missed I need to pay 50.00 before I see the Dr. at this point but I’m not a child to be spoken to in a rude way . I never got to see this Dr. I was referred by my pulmonologist. Staff is very rude and speak over you. They insulted my Drs nurse. I'm planning on reporting because I have two insurances and informed them they would need to request an authorization form to be paid through the primary. They refused to make the call.
Great Doctor but unfortunately staff is awful. They are not helpful, terrible attitude and do not return calls.
