Pool goes out of action for apparently 1 day, then sauna and steam room go out of action. Yet we’re always paying £50+ per month. The showers are always disgusting as the floors are brown, showers are hit and miss one day youll be scoulded one day its like the ice age. The showers gels are almost always empty. The male personal trainers are only ever seen with women, one in particular i swear just walks into the gym and starts chatting up the first woman he sees. I have only been a member for 2 months and I am already very disappointed. The pool, sauna and other facilities are constantly closed without proper explanation. Members pay full price but cannot actually use what they are paying for. No compensation is ever offered. This shows complete disregard for customers and total unprofessionalism. Definitely not recommended.
Nice staff, good facilities and seemed clean, but £15 for a day pass is extortionate, fair enough for use of swimming pool/ sauna and gym, but if you just want to use the gym that price is silly
I find this center very good with all adequate activities
