I spoke to Kimii at Vivacious Hair in a desperate time of need (a bride to be with very poor planning). When I came in, she gave me an honest consultation and didn’t just take my money when should definitely could’ve. Instead Kimii trimmed my hair to best suit my bridal style before my hair trial. I now have my next appointment booked in for a more strategic session in the chair before my big day. I felt truly valued in the time I was there and can’t wait to go back! Thanks team!
