I must say when I called ahead to find out more about this shop I was very intimidated. A man answered very fatherly but angry and said “hello”. Although he answered all of my questions I was still nervous to come dress shopping but my experience was quickly turned around when I met Bobbi (I’m so sorry for spelling it wrong). After looking and shopping in many stores I was struggling to find a prom dress to live up to my visions. I searched every where online and in person until i stumbled across this shop. The process was smooth from booking to shopping then purchasing. The staff was incredibly nice and hopeful. They were considerate of my possible problems with alterations and were friendly and helpful. Definitely call ahead of time to book an appointment, this shop is amazing. All of the dresses were gorgeous and I found my vintage beauty.

Terrible customer service, dresses were unorganized and overpriced as well. Had trouble finding a worker when I first came in and found her sitting behind a counter, and asked when I can make an appointment after finding out there was a $10 deposit to try on dresses. She then accused me of not being a serious buyer and said I would try on dresses just to not buy anything.
