Second time visiting this store and I have never been disappointed. The customer service is excellent. The bridal assistant is very patient and helpful. Love all my dresses.I continue to refer friends as well.

Terrible Customer service. My daughter and I were excited to shop for a pageant dress. I was happy to learn that there was a dress store in the mall. We visited the shop today and were impressed with the collection. We picked out a few options and headed to the dressing room. When asked if we could try on dress we were told “No” and that we should read the signs that said “By Appointment Only”. There was NO ONE in the store at the time. I visited Vivace Bridal recently because of their impressive collection of frocks, and I was actually about to finalize a dress. However, my experience was completely ruined by their terrible customer service. While I was carefully browsing the dresses, the storekeeper rudely told me, "No hanging around," as if I was doing something wrong just by looking at their products.
