Very beautiful location, people and staff are very professional and helpful. Raul went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. Highly recommend going.
Es muy bonito el hotel Pero está muuuy muuuuy retirado de el aeropuerto, no tiene mucha variedad de comida y los cuartos son algo chicos, fuera de eso el lugar es hermoso y siempre tienes eventos, recomiendo que busquen el todo incluído saquen provecho
Bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden, besonders das Zimmer mit den Betten kann ich empfehlen. Das Essen im Themenrestaurant ist fantastisch.Sehr freundlicher zuvorkommender Service. Abschließend möchte ich meine vorherigen Worte noch einmal unterstreichen, sollte ich nochmals nach Mexiko reisen, gerne wieder Viva Maya. P.S. Ein Manko ist der Algenteppich in den Sommermonaten, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für.
A part la presence des algues sur la plage qui nous ont gaché la semaine des vacances l hotel est bien placé propre et la nouriture est parfaite
