The pros: We got new windows at an affordable price. The cons: Everything else. Do not expect any customer service. Do not expect a crew that shows up on time, finishes the work in a respectable fashion, or cleans up after themselves. You will get a crew of subcontractors and nobody is actually in charge or has any authority. They want to do everything as cheap as possible.
