An outstanding facility with a team that truly cares about the people they serve and the community they’re part of. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Cheryl Andrews and the incredible staff at V!VA Whitby Shores, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The event we hosted together was our most successful one yet, thanks to their enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork. I’m so grateful for their partnership and unwavering support!
It's been amazing working with Cheryl and her team. We held a community lunch and learn event to educate seniors on various topics. Cheryl and her team recognized the need for this event in the community and worked with us to ensure the best possible outcome for this event. An amazing place for anyone to live. Everyone is so helpful, an outstanding reward to Laura, the head of lifestyles, she is so creative, helpful and fulfil everybody’s needs. She makes a 24 hour day but puts in 48 hours herself. Thank you to the whole lifestyles team and the rest of the viva staff and managers, for making life happy. I don’t even feel old!
My husband, John, and I moved into VIVA Whitby Shores seven months ago and are very happy with our decision to do so. The location of this facility and our suite could not be better - overlooking the Whitby Marina and Whitby Yacht Club. The building is very attractive with bright colours, lots of light and tasteful decorations. We love having three meals a day served by the very courteous, warm wait staff.
