I had a wonderful Valentine's Day experience with Viva tastings! The recipes allowed us to experiment with new techniques but were realistic enough to recreate at home without chef supervision. I would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful date night experience here! The space was so warm and cozy, the chefs were kind and helpful, focusing on technique and helping you learn. You basically get to do all the fun parts of cooking (cooking and eating), while the chefs pre-set up the stations, help you, they set the table, and wash/ clean up after. Will definitely be back for another workshop!
Chef Karen was helpful with every step of the way and was there to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone wanting to learn something new.
