Practioners here are knowledgeable, thoughtful and responsive in tailoring your assisted stretching session to best address your aches, pains, limitations and recovery from workouts. Locally owned and operated small business with a really nice staff. Bonus: you get free access to their mobility/stretching classes when you get a membership for assisted stretching service.
Love going to the weekly stretch class.. it has really helped with flexibility. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the classes!
