I’ve gone to Viva for years and loved the friendly atmosphere. Jen usually does cuts my hair and I’ve had two other people cut it at Viva and I was very happy with my visit each time. This time, my haircut was just… awful. I’m happy that they got me in so soon, but the service was just bad. I feel like I lost my confidence, and I don’t take pride in my appearance anymore. I was disappointed with my recent experience. I went in for a wash, cut & style....every time I have gotten a wash it was a shampoo and conditioner but I only received a shampoo. I also had shown the lady who cut my hair a photo of exactly what I wanted, and it's completely different than what was in the photo, she cut it way shorter than what I wanted.
