Saddened to say I am disappointed. I “won” a free photoshoot for my dogs (that upon reading these reviews, seems as if that’s how all their clientele is made) I organized a date to go ahead with the shoot mid week, took work off, paid for my dogs to get groomed and paid the $50 deposit for a FREE photo shoot? Won a free Photoshoot with $450 credit at the Moonee Ponds location. I’ve never won anything before so was pretty excited about this but have since found out they offer this to anyone and everyone! Took my fur babies to the shoot. They were so excited they wouldn’t sit still but Rachel did the best she could to get a few great photos! Then we sat down to view the photos that we could purchase. Extremely disappointed in this company’s business practices and money hungry tactics. My partner “won” us a photo shoot with alot of money for credit to go towards it. We were excited as anyone would be after winning something, go in and get our photo taken and were set on getting 1 but as we were in there looking over the photos we felt like we were obligated to getting more and ended up getting 5 (for $900 after the credit). Wonderful experience!! We went to Frankston Viva. The photographer was amazing with our dog. The receptionist was also amazing. Very professional studio. I recommend this experience.
