We came to this studio for a family photoshoot and a birthday solo session. Our photographer was fantastic, communicative, guiding us through poses, and well-prepared with tools to keep both our baby and dog engaged with the camera. BUT the administrative side and studio reliability are major issues. We actually should have seen the red flags on our very first visit when we came to book our appointment. My family and I were treated in an unprofessional way. After several years of taking our fam pics there, we stopped going about 2 yrs ago due to the many bad interactions with the young lady who acted as if she was the owner.

This place is definitely a scam, it's in West Covina mall. What I thought was gonna be a $39 for just one picture (as I was told on the phone) Turning out to be $79 for a digital, which doesn’t make sense smh. They make you pay $50 deposit in case you cancel cause they know they're scamming. All I needed was one good picture for a poster for my 1 year old birthday, she was talking about 2 digital pictures for $125 or 1 for $79 after she took the low quality pictures I could have done it with my phone. Worst place to take senior portraits. They are very expensive for low quality. You’re better off going somewhere else.
