I love getting my nails done at Viva nails! The lady does a wonderful job prepping my nails and doing designs. They are always able to get me in for an appointment and are so kind. My nails also always last for so long and do not lift for weeks!!

Terrible nails and terrible customer service.. they took care of their kids in the salon more than worrying about their clients that were waiting and waiting.. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Also- WAY OVERPRICED

Went in for mani pedi and my daughter got a mani also they left me sitting so long my hot towels were freezing and the mud on my legs started drying and then they put the hot towels till they also got cold. They rushed my daughter and helped other people while we sat cold and charged us 196$ which is way more than I should've paid for the treatment we got

Went here several times for pedicures. On a couple of occasions the gentleman who owns the business was too rough during my pedicure and I had to let him know he was hurting me. I went there on 9/20/25 and the shop was busy. Although I had made an appointment for my pedicure this same gentleman proceeded to rush through my service. In the process he cut my big toe while trimming the nail. My toe hurt for a couple days and then started to feel better on the 3rd day. One day later it began to hurt again.
