I think I'm being more than fair at 3 stars... I picked only 2 originally, but I'm still mad. So... To be a bit more fair, I'll give 3. Everything was basically great. I got a pedicure and aside from the woman being a little harsh on the skin on my toes, I really enjoyed it. Until I saw the paint on my toes had very visible streaks. They gladly fixed it. Do NOT go to Viva Nails - the do not honor their own gift cards. Horrible customer service! In May my husband purchased a $40 gift card for me at Viva Nails. I waited until August - of the same year - to use the gift card and had a pedicure ($35) and a eyebrow wax ($12). The pedicure and the eyebrow waxing were below average - I will write more about their quality below - but the customer service at Viva is horrible.
