Excelente servicio super amables
Viva Disservice Department is more accurate. They returned my call, which I appreciate, but they aren’t knowledgeable about common issues certain models and years have. I am not a mechanic by a long shot but I was better off reading Mitsubishi forums and troubleshooting myself than paying Viva’s service department to fix the problem.
We had free scheduled oil changes on our outlander for a good year at least and the last time I went they ended up charging me close to 90$ for an oil change. Last 2 times I went asked them to mount my plate they just disregarded it and I've gotten stopped twice for my plate not being mounted so on top of everything they seem to be deaf as well. Don't go to Mitsubishi for maintenance go to wal mart instead you'll save money. Im pretty sure they can hear you at Walmart.
