Very kind people! Donald helped me today with an oil change, tire rotation, and warranty claim. He’s extremely nice and attentive. I’m happy to have this place nearby and will continue to have my CX-5 serviced here!
Terrible customer service. My husband took our car in for routine service. He called to schedule an appt and was told to bring the car Saturday at 12 noon. He got there and they told him he had an appointment the following week. He was frustrated but made sure to ask the cost of service and he was told several times it was the first service so it was free. Well it is December 2025 and I had to take my car in for a recall this year, and I have been horribly disappointed with Viva Mazda. First of all,we started this process in July. Got car checked and supposed to get work done in August. Then I get a phone call from service associate stating that the dealership could only order one part needed per week. So it would take 8 weeks to order the parts.(wth?) So fast forward to November...these guys keep calling me to buy a new car amd I keep telling them I am not going to consider b... read more
