I have been here for 2 years. Great friendly staff. Gym members are friendly also. The gym is good vibe. The equipment is new, clean and efficient. Best part that upstairs there’s a women’s only section to train also

There is a women gym upstairs and a mixed gym downstairs, the place is very clean ,and the staff is very friendly. The membership is very affordable. There is also a cafe at the reception.
