I have given this salon two chances because sometimes the first interaction can be misleading. My first time getting my lashes done, although the work was okay, the experience was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I found Viva Esthetics on Instagram through an ad, and I needed to get my lashes done before a vacation, So i made the appointment and went in for it. When I walked in, I was greeted by Sarah with an unfriendly tone, there was no more interaction after that, no consultation, no friendly hello.
