The company answered phone and set our appointment same day. It was for a slow drain in kitchen. Derron Bernard was our repair professional and that he was. First he evaluated the problem including checking craw area. When he returned with pictures and problem. A repair price was agreed to. The repair required some pipe replacement. Under the sink was reworked to meet local requirements. After complete cleanup, Derron run multiple test to ensure problem removed. Highly recommended this company and Derron.
Tried NuBlue for the 2nd time over a 4 week period and this time it was a plumbing issue. They did a very good job for us. Paul and his partner Raul were there for about an hour, competed the job, and did a really good cleanup job afterwards. My wife and I were very pleased. I was so pleased that I recommended them to my son yesterday and he used them for a water heater emergency job. He wanted to know how I knew this company because they were “so nice”. Will definitely use them again.
Derron and Raul went above and beyond! Very professional, courteous and personable. Explained everything and did great thorough work. They showed up for a service call and ended up replacing my 21 year old water heater. On the same day. Thank you.
