Doesn’t know a thing about nails. Asked for coffin shape and showed a picture and not a single nail was shaped properly. If you want messy, lumpy, uneven nails then this is your place. Would give more stars if when I asked for them to be reshaped was actually helped or done but was met with rude customer service.
