I must say, its been over a year since Ive been there, but Ive always been bothered by my last visit. I bought a package of services and called to schedule with my favorite esthetician as I always had. No one informed me until I arrived that she was no longer there. She had been gone prior my call! When I arrived and expressed my disappointment, the owner made me feel ridiculous and assured me that she had trained the person I liked so much.
