I had been a patient at this clinic for over 5 years, but with the new ownership, I’ve decided to switch. I have never experienced such poor customer service. My insurance covers me 100%, and the clinic even submits and receives pre-approval. Despite that, I was told I had to pay a 50% deposit or pay the full amount upfront for services that are been fully covered. In an industry like this, one would expect a higher standard of service and professionalism.
