This was the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I deeply regret going to Viva Dodge. If I could put negative stars I would. I thought my experience at Casa was bad but this one really put the cherry on top. Easily worst dealership I’ve dealt with by far.
Purchased in June of 2025 drove for 3000 miles, it has been in service since September(minus 3 day day shen thy ssid it was done). Very disappointed with Viva Auto Group as a whole. They just pass the problem to the next person. I've gone through multiple service techs as well as service advisers and this is after they had me get it towed to Viva Dodge cause they could not. All the managers are rude there they don’t do anything there. Please do not come here unless you want to be treated like crap highly do not recommend this place managers. Don’t care just want your money promise you they will increase anything they can to charge you more and to do whatever pays them more.
