We contacted the service department about an issue with our Jeep. The repair had already been completed by another certified dealership using Mopar parts, and those parts are under warranty. That dealership told us we could take the vehicle to any certified dealership for warranty service. However, this dealership refused to honor the warranty. The first part of my experience with the dealership was great. I bought my vehicle and then everything changed. I am no longer a priority.My plates have not arrived so I just need my temp tags renewed. It's a simple process that takes minutes to complete and yet I am still waiting. I have made several calls, talked to employees promising me to get this simple task done and yet I still wait. We could not be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie. We highly recommend Isaac to anyone looking to secure the best possible deal on a new vehicle.
My dad bought a brand new Challenger 3 years and 2 months ago. Needless to say, it now needs $4500 of work to fix steering and electric components that are not covered. Most dealers would recognize two months from the warranty window for such a large and costly repair is ridiculous and would offer some sort of customer goodwill, but not these guys. Shameful. Well, you dollar today will cost you much more later.
Well, apparently I am not alone in my frustration. Don't bother making an appointment online as AI does not know the limitations. I have a check engine light on. Made an online appointment but apparently that only works for simple things. I showed up at the appointed time just to be told it would be 2 or 3 days if I could leave it. To scan a check engine light. Could not leave it. Made another appointment for next week Monday and "hopefully" they can have it diagnosed by Tuesday as i need the car Wednesday.
