Lisa Sworensen was awesome. Service Dept was slow and in consistent as usual. But Lisa smooth things over and followed up with me on regular bases.
I have been trying to get them to send me a paint stick that was agreed upon when we made the deal. I have been contacting them for the past three months regarding it and nothing is getting done. If you buy a car here drive away with EVERYTHING that you agreed to, because they will not give it to you once you sign the paperwork.
The service department pre ordered the parts and install was done in a day. Satisfied with the work done.
I stopped here on a road trip and was so so grateful for my experience. The employees stayed after hours to help me with my tire when I was in a rough situation. They were personable and genuine people. These employees gave me a sweet reminder that there are good people in our world. An interaction that I will always remember
UPDATE: What a difference a year makes. And what a difference good staff makes! I needed to take my car in for diagnostics, and kept putting it off, since my previous experience shattered any confidence in Viva. This time the lady at the service counter, Lisa, easily understood what needed to be done and set an appointment. I dropped the car off, expecting it to be in the shop for a few days at least.
