This Viva location is clean, has nice seating, and the (tasty) food came promptly! We thought it was so cute they added art work to the bag for the 4th of July- grateful for the employees who worked the holiday!
Staff is always very pleasant and food is always great as well!

I have a complaint on a potential criminal matter or it’s just an accident. I was overcharged sales tax. In Lancaster County , SC the maximum sales tax is 8%. I was charged 10%. I alerted a manager and an employee. No action taken. I emailed viva chicken and I have not heard back. I spoke to other patrons at the restaurant and they confirmed they were overcharged as well. Viva has my email and phone number. I am demanding reimbursement for the overcharge. All transactions must be investigated.
