Very disappointing experience with Dr. Kumar. In my experience, she showed very little bedside manner and I often felt that my medical concerns were not taken seriously or treated with the sensitivity they deserved. I was misdiagnosed on more than one occasion, which ultimately led me to lose confidence in the care I was receiving. I now refuse to return to her for any future medical concerns. Hi,these receptionists here barely answer phone call,on top not even educated .They are here to help us ,we call them for a reason not for chatting, hope they will improve in future.
The name of this centre says viva care and the people working here say otherwise. Sandy told me viva care has nothing to do with them. I asked for the customer service number for Telehealth viva care first she told me she does not know the number. Then she gave me a random number which was not for Viva care. I would recommend a better training for employees to be able to help people over the phone in case we have questions about viva care in general. And please come up with a better answer then i don’t know.
