Severely disappointed in this doctor clinic. I’ve been going here for a long time for simple prescription refills with no issue other than the doctor was late a few times, which is understandable because I know they get busy. I booked an appointment weeks back for yesterday at 3:00pm. Just a phone call appointment to refill a prescription. Nothing major. A 10 minute conversation at most. I rarely, if ever, write reviews for places but I felt quite compelled to write one for this establishment. I’ve been attempting to contact here over the past several days. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone during business hours, and there appears to be no option to leave a voicemail. I have tried over SEVERAL days and tried calling SEVERAL times. I had no problems with Lindsey. Lindsey is very under appreciated for the amount of work done serving Abbotsford. The medical system in BC is struggling; a walk in doctor in general during these times should be treated with respect and understanding of the workload. They could easily take a vacation from everyone; leaving Abbotsford hopeless, but they don't. Be kind. Thank-you to the remaining souls who work in unjust conditions caring for Abbotsford and beyond.
I wish I could laugh at and comment on all of these ridiculous reviews. Especially ones who mention me by name. Keep up all the positivity people! It's a pleasure to interact with all of you.
Dr. Douglas "does not believe in" cognitive or mental disorders that he picks and chooses to some undisclosed personal standard. Feel like that says everything about the "quality of care" that a "doctor" like this provides.
