Rushed, rude, and unprofessional — from the owner herself. I came in for a simple eyebrow and upper lip threading. The service was rushed, and several long, visible hairs were left behind. When I politely pointed it out, I was told they were “ingrown,” which they clearly weren’t. I wasn’t even asking for ingrown hair removal — just for the job to be done properly. It was my first time here and I immediately felt comfortable. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced, clean, and both the service and communication were excellent. Rignesha did an amazing job with threading — safe to say I’ve found my new go-to spot!
