Rushed, rude, and unprofessional — from the owner herself. I came in for a simple eyebrow and upper lip threading. The service was rushed, and several long, visible hairs were left behind. When I politely pointed it out, I was told they were “ingrown,” which they clearly weren’t. I wasn’t even asking for ingrown hair removal — just for the job to be done properly.
