They repaired my moms car charged her 937 dollars and never fixed the problem. She went back and told them it was still broken. Just an unreliable experience and I can't recommend now sorry.
Excellent repair shop! Brought both of our vehicles there this year for a variety of services. Quick turn around and honest.
Update: I own a black 2017 Hyundai Sonata and have been a long time customer at Viva Auto. Everyone is friendly and professional. I had to get my oil pan replaced today and they were happy to offer pick up and drop off service to me, even though I live in Thorold. I got a flat tire on my SUV on a Sunday. Had my suv towed to viva and they patched my tire on the spot. The front desk was very friendly and caring, the guys in the shop were also friendly. Also for anyone who doesn't know the guys at viva are open late Monday to Saturday which MOST mechanics close at 5pm. I highly recommend viva and will definitely be back if I need any service on my vehicle
