I reached out to Majid on FBMP on Saturday and booked an appointment. I took his first suggested time and rescheduled the rest of my week to accommodate. I checked the FBMP add, Monday before my appointment, and found out that he had marked the unit "Sold". I called him via cross referencing the address he gave me for our appointment and found this business. He advised me that he had "sold" the unit out from under me.
